2. Service Packages

We offer multiple service tiers to meet different business needs. Specific pricing and features are outlined in your individual service agreement. All packages require a minimum commitment period.

3. Payment Terms

A one-time setup fee is due before work begins
Monthly fees are billed in advance
Late payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information for your website
Respond to requests for content and approvals in a timely manner
Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and images
Genonia retains ownership of proprietary code, templates, and systems
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website we create for you

6. Website Hosting

We provide hosting as part of our service packages. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.

7. AI Services

AI agents and automation features are provided as-is. While we configure them to your specifications, AI responses may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting AI behavior as needed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period
Early termination may be subject to remaining balance of the commitment period
Upon termination, we can assist with migrating your website to another provider

9. Limitation of Liability

Genonia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
